There’s nothing wrong with being vegan if you do it right and gradually cut down on animal products instead of doing it all of a sudden. The only thing I have a problem with is vegans preaching how everyone else should be vegan. The lifestyle in itself is fine and clearly Maddie is very healthy.
Jeri Tyler, keep avoiding animal products especially if you're eating out. Vegan options are available depending on where you live. In my area of the UK there's one vegan only cafe so most vegan options are available in places that also sell animal products. You may have an animal product that you may struggle to give up the most for me it was cheese but there's now vegan cheeses available, so I just occasionally eat them instead. Focus on whole plants foods and do research on nutritional information on nutrition through Dr. Greger's website and on veganism on the Vegan Society website and PETA. I also recommend Dr.Greger's Daily Dozen app for your mobile.
I have a scale that actually shows weight, body fat %, lean muscle mass, water weight, and bone density, so I feel like that kind of scale is more effective and helpful to people who are trying to gain muscle or lose fat. After getting this scale, my relationship with my body (and the scale) totally changed. I was no longer just looking at one number, but now I see where my weight is coming from and I can work towards specific goals! But scales that just show weight are horrible for mental state, especially when you are working your butt off and don’t see any change. It is nice to see the breakdown in numbers!

I'm a non vegetarian and I struggle with hormonal imbalances. My doctor has actually recommended to make sure meat isn't a daily thing in my diet and more plant based foods are. I really think it's a lot more on your genes and metabolism But honestly meat and dairy are also inflammatory so I'm cutting them out to see changes
@@riturambani9219 hey, i struggle with eczema more then 15 years and heal it with meat. It is a carnivire diet, anti-inflammatory. Meat dont cause inflammation, pasterized dairy can do it. If u want to cut something in order to heal ur gut, u should cut white flavor and sugar.

I messaged Vivo Life and ask if they have or if they would consider offering sample sizes of their protein powders (such as a variety package with a serving or two of each flavor) for those of us who don't know which flavor we would like best or when we are on-the-go and just wanna grab something quick. They replied that they don't have samples or single-serving packages nor will they. They told me to just to basically pick one and try it. I don't have $50+ to spend on something I might not like for whatever reason. I was so disappointed, but I found some other companies at my local health food store that have samples. I will give them a try soon.

If you guys want bomb crisp tofu coat it in a little cornstarch then cook it in a pan (haven’t tried the oven for it yet!) and then add your sauce! It’s so good!

Scales can be off when they’re standing on tiles because of slight differnces in height of the tiles; put them on a smooth floor and they should work☺️

a lot of these scales are really inaccurate so I would not rely on them for that.

I'll have a small papaya or two as a snack or a little bit with breakfast. For dinner this day I have lentil soup, greens, and potatoes :)

Hey Maddie. Greeting from Madeira Island in Portugal! I'm a super fan of your workouts and lifestyle. I love eating well but I struggle as most of the good nutritional snacks and pre-workout meals involve oats and I'm super oat intolerant. Do you have an alternative? For example, in this video, your pre-workout food. Thank you so much in advance.

Scales can be off when they’re standing on tiles because of slight differnces in height of the tiles; put them on a smooth floor and they should work☺️

So about a week ago now I became vegetarian, and I’m slowly becoming vegan , it seems harder then I thought with the vegan part but I’m getting through it , I’m trying to lose weight as well so I’m in a deflect but anyway your videos are helping me sooo much in becoming vegan , you’re an inspiration I love your videos ❤️

I just got my first bag of perform banana cinnamon about 3 days ago! (Using Maddie's discount code!) It's so freaking good! I've tried several vegan protein powders and they have all tasted like chalk. This stuff seriously makes it taste like a banana milk shake. No joke. I also got the magic turmeric latte. Delicious! I was wondering how do you warm up and cool down on these workouts in the gym like you showed?
Just curious if there’s a reason for white over brown rice? Preference thing, just what you had, cook quicker, or does it digest better or something?
You guys look amazing!☺You can also buy iodized sea salt which is what I use so you are not only getting your iodine but the minerals from the sea salt as well.
That simple oatmeal look sooo good. Makes me question why I try so hard with my own oatmeal 😂
