മോര്കാച്ചിയത്| കാച്ചിമോര്‌ | Kottayam Style Moru Kachiyathu | Seasoned Buttermilk

Moru Kachiyathu Recipe is simple and delicious . . Moru means buttermilk in Malayalam. This video is explaining how we are making Kachimoru at Kottayam.
Some seasoning using coconut oil and few ingredients makes the dish quite aromatic and super tasty.
Ingredients :
Curd : 250 ml
Ginger : 1 small piece
Garlic : 7-8 nos
Shallots/ onion : chopped
Green chili : 4-5
Dry red chili : 2-3 nos
Turmeric powder : 1/2 tsp
Grated Coconut- 1 cup
Mustard :
Fenugreek :
Curry leaves :
Salt to taste
Coconut Oil

This a bit of a confusing video. All the ingredients shown at the beginning hasn't gone into the mixi ? Red onion wasn't in the mixing, but only when sauting? Also the mixture has green colour because of green chilli, but at the end the colour was normal. Confused.
