- GHL, German controller company that makes high end tech products for our industry has been consistently bringing out goodies for us hobbyists. I was asked to cover this unit for Reefs.com and to learn about it, I went to Port Saint Lucie to visit my friend Chris of The Fish Store to learn everything about GHL's auto dkH reader and doser in KH Director. From what I've seen it seems like the best Alk auto tester on the market. Also think it looks to be solidly build and if one part does break down the track and it's out of warranty you can probably just replace that single part.
Great stuff and whilst there's been hype for some reason around more recent products I think this was just about the first. Should get more coverage and it works globally ;)

Totally angry with KHD and GHL Support. Within 8 months, they tell me to send it in for repair for the THIRD time. I decommissioned that garbage! Don’t buy it!
what was wrong with it? 3rd time in 8 months seems really excessive. Were they able to figure it out?
@@Reefscom the KHD was returned from the second repair. They said the sensor was not working anymore, they sent me a new one. But here that new sensor didn’t work, I couldn’t even calibrate it! Unusable error message. I spent too much of my spare time into this issue. The KHD was meant to simplify my life, not to cause more work than manual testing ;-)
