I love that you're doing this in arabic and putting all the subtitles on it. It helps me as a learner a lot since there aren't a lot of resources like this!

As a student I can’t thank you enough for these videos. You should set up a “ buy you a coffee “ feature so we can show our appreciation from time to time.
I must say that in the West we have so much and we are always complaining whereas you are so positive even about the negative things.
    يعطيك العافية أستاذة 🌹

😍😍❤️❤️ You did already by commenting 😍😍❤️❤️
I have already an account on buy a coffee and patreon BUT I am not advertising them until I reach a 50 videos with the ONLY Arabic subtitles 😍😍 as my goal is only to teach you (NOT) to earn from you ..
I believe that people sometimes complain and this is in our nature 😁 we can't always think about people all around the world when something bad happens to us. So I totally understand the richest people in the world if they were complaining ❤️ it's our nature but yeah positivity should always be there.
Lots of love to you Sammy

The subtitles in English Arabic AND the Arabic phonetics?!
We're going to become fluent in Arabic thanks to you ❤

I agree that this kind of 3-way approach is super helpful. My friend Luay and I did something similar (we also posted it, just one lesson thus far, but we hope to grow).

    I'm half Syrian (Halabiye)
I'm jew and live in Israel, born here as well- so i'm not allowed to visit Syria in that lifetime unfortunately
I'm learning Arabic by myself, and your videos are really helping with the dialect and the language in general- also the subtitles are helping as well.
thank you for the interesting information about my roots I can never visit.

I learned a new word, الغربيّة, for Western. I had to pause the video on number 25, because the word sounded similar to that of the Arabic sweet, الغرايبه, ghraybeh. What a difference an alif makes!

Rana kulu druss maak eid (a hollyday). Ana mashbut imbashufak w ismaak. W keman ana italam shueye kulu marih. My greatparentes came fron Syria, a hundred years ago to Mexico, I've heard my mom and teta tajki arabi. They came fron Halab, thus, I'm halevie. An Egyptian friend of my son who travel all over the middle east said to me, the best cuisine, Syria. I asked him, Lebanon is better, no? No, he said, Lebanon is a copy of Syrian cuisine. One hundred years in Mexico City and we still eat Syrian food, lajmajin, w all kinds of kibe, rice and lentils. In weedings, shrab loz, a drink made of almonds, sembusek, etc. I have an emotional attachment to my grandparents that's why I decided to learn shami arabic. I have ants who came from Lsham, the only difference I can capture is that the el nass shamiie sing more, but to my ears is the same. Shukran and God Bless you Rana Helwe.

You are totally right, a quick reminder that Greater Syria was Lebanon, Syria, Jordan, Iraq and Palestine. So the food is definitely Syrian but to be honest, Lebanese are very well making advertisement 😅 so this is the only difference.

I can't believe you are saying what you are saying. It sounds like the video is payed for by the family Asad. There is a brutal dictatorship, no freedom of expression, hundred thousands killed, imprisoned, tortured .... كنت في سوريا عام 1982 ولم يكن كل شيء على ما يرام!

    • @arabicwithrana
      @arabicwithrana  2 ปีที่แล้ว +6

First of all, I didn't say ANY political opinion and it's NOT accepted to speak politics here in my channel. I spoke about the life ONLY!!
Second, saying that my videos are payed for, you are being so disrespectful to me, my content and my personality.
Third, if you have a political opinion or view that you want to express, you are super free to comment whatever you like, but never disrespect my content and never disrespect my person, this is what freedom is to me! I am making all of these videos and putting all of this effort for you to learn the language, not to be part of politics.
      Thank you!

United States Russian, Ishell and gulf Arab states destroyed Syria. The dictator is a problem but brining all the mercenaries paid by the Zionists destroyed Syria. Who benefited by the war? The United States that has a military base and are stealing the gas and the Zionists that stole more land water and oil. Leave the girl alone. She is just teaching a language.
