the change of daylight bite window delta topwater session(SNAKE EATERS)

There is a very specific bite window out there on the California Delta when the daylight starts fading into the night.
Tried punching and pitching a jig earlier in the afternoon but it wasn’t working on that low tide unfortunately.
No big catches, just some determined fish willing to eat a meal bigger than themselves!
