Alan sings @: 0:00, 1:29, and 2:30. He's actually not a bad singer. his voice is perfect for singing. It's like,- I don't konw,- like sort of deep, but somewhat high-pitchid all the same. Like silk. I could listen to him singing all day, his voice is so mezmerizing and hypnotizing. TEAM ALAN!!
His voice *-* please keep singing Alan! Its so MESMERizing . I can't even explain it. Hus voice of silk, and all deep and monotony . It's burst beautiful!
A completely true. Alan have sung in Truly, madly, Deeply and in other plays in teather. I listened to him in "The return of the native" in which he sang in french and...his voice is divine in that language. **
I'm glad they kept him (: if everyone could sing AMAZINGLY, it would just be too much. They needed someone who could carry a tune, but not stand out so much like Antony, Sweeney, and Mrs. Lovett. I don't think they could've made a better choice. Picking Alan Rickman as Judge Turpin was right on the money!
Hello Emma, from a British guy who cant stop talking! Me too... I would have loved to have met Mr Rickman, if for no other reason than for the man himself to tell me how awful my impersonation of him actually is! 👏👏
His voice scientifically is perfect. Just look it up! Personally, I think his singing isn't amazing, I mean, he's definitely not a singer, but I love hearing him sing because I just love his voice and energy so much. He's absolutely adorable 💞

RIP Stephen Sondheim, passed away suddenly this morning, November 26, at 91. A brilliant artist and a tremendous loss to the theater world. 😥
I was there that night- it is so great to relive this :) Thanks for posting! God I love him so much.
Oh, please, keep 'em coming! These have been getting me through a very exasperating week. :-)
