I tried this today, instead of using cup cake moulds, I used a cake moulds, for some reason my cake was uncooked in the centre, however the sides turned out to be perfect, i think the ratios of the ingredients is perfect.
So glad tat u hv provided measuremnts in grams n ml :) Ts so precise tat no one can go wrong , unlike standard cup measuremnts wic r 200/240 ml wic some don specify

Great recipe! I added a pinch of nutmeg powder alongside cardamom and it tasted just like the mawa cake we get at Merwan’s in Mumbai!
