I have restored, built and ridden many bikes over the decades. The oldest was a 46 Flathead..restored to better than factory. Enjoyed them all!! Although was never interested in doing a chop…never looked comfortable…. But to each his own, enjoy the ride!!
Wow, I find your story to be so compelling. Nobody ever built their own chopper before, an artist was born and you were able to make a documentary about it ! Amazing !!!
And I do realize lots of people have built their own chopper. Not trying to be one of a kind. I do love the sarcasm truly. I live for that. I appreciate all the comments! Thank you for your service.
Thanks for posting this, you truly have inspired me to want to tackle a project like this, I have always been into the car scene & have ventured off into motorcycles & have alawys dreamed of owning a custom panhead... Thank you for this inspiring video!!!!!!
I love that you made your own chopper. I'm just about finished with my first chopper project. I started with a cheap Chinese 250cc dual sport and stripped everything off it. All I kept was the triple tree, front forks, and the engine. I fabricated the frame, fender, sissy bar, tank, handlebars all from scratch (and I'm *not* a fabricator!) Just today I made the shifter linkage. All that's left now is wiring it.
I love that! The wiring is fun take your time make it simple for road side fixes. And enjoy the first time firing it up and riding it down the road! Thanks for tuning in!

That’s awesome! I love them all! And yes it’s not the most comfortable but it makes up for it in style

I'm glad you recognize ball busting from criticism.
You did a great job and incorporating things like brakes and a starter separate it from the pack 👍

Thanks!
I have a 72 FLH stripped down right now. Which hardtail kit did you use?

The problem with this shit is the price of the initial basket case or full bike in order to even get to chopping it up. Way too expensive these days.
I traded a basket case Dyna for a beat up c 20 for a busted FLH… def wasn’t easy I read you loud and clear!
your bar its too hight bro
My knees touch my elbows right where I wanted them.
To bad it's a Hardly.
Haha. To each their own. Thanks for watching. 🤙🏼
