you can summarize the whole thing in, healthy self esteem and social interactions (mainly communication), learning is a life going process that is about changing one's thoughts and behavior rather than just learning for the sack of learning, having a clear purpose and avoiding distractions, these three main ideas were phrased multiple times in different ways in an extreme inductive manner to make it sound different, saying the obvious thing in a new way.

Wow, this video really hit home! I loved the part about how humility isn't about thinking less of yourself; it's about thinking more of others. That’s such a game-changer when it comes to building real connections! Also, the idea that extraordinary results come from doing ordinary tasks for a long time really made me rethink how I approach my goals. It's not all about quick wins, but sticking with it that counts. Lastly, I found it super interesting how goodwill can grow way faster than money. That’s a great reminder to focus on building relationships over just chasing dollars. Thanks for sharing these insights!

If you want more out of your job or status etc. you have to give more than everyone else. You have to give more than you earn in money cause when give more then you make you get paid with appreciation or status.

You've also committed to memory so many things that have taken you a long time to learn, that have been amazing life and business lessons which you've again committed to learn. From failing and getting up again, no doubt

I'm a block mason from Alaska, been laying block for 21 years and am now quite desperate to make at least
$300 daily from home. I am not trying to get rich but just stand on my own 2 feet without having to pick up 10s of thousands of pounds a day. After everything that's happened in my life lately I have found new drive to accomplish this. So I have been firing and rewiring old false programming and finding you along this journey has reminded me of who I am, who I could have been had I knew how to choose me back then, and remind me of who I STILL can be. Dude your brutal self honesty is sooo refreshing! You remind me of who I was before I put myself aside for a woman.....(HUGE MISTAKE!) Thank you for your genuine integrity, and for sharing your experience, strength, and hope

This is ridiculous that only half a million people have seen this video and only 13k likes. I wish the world understood how valuable this advice really is. If you just watched this video 5 or six times a week for a few months and tried to really take the advice. People's lives would be easy 20% or 30% better and over time 10 20 30 times better. I feel really bad for those that don't get it.

    1. To learn better and faster, assume you're dumber than everyone else
2:19 - 2) The hardest respect to earn is one's own
3:16 - 3) If you want to control what people think, control what they say
4:08 - 4) You get more out of reading one great book 5 times than reading 5 mediocre books.
5:43 - 5) Most champions do not have something that you do not. They lack something that you have.
6:30 -- 6) Good will compounds faster than money.
7:24 - 7) You are going to die
8:11 - 8) Extraordinary accomplishments come from doing ordinary things for extraordinary periods of time
    9:45 - 9) If it's worth doing, it's worth doing well.
11:23 - 10) Be willing to negotiate everything, except for your values.
13:25 - 11) Humility --> Increasing your regards for others
15:10 - 12) The happy man has 1000 wishes, the sad man has one.
17:25 - 13) Failure leads to learning --> Learning leads to success --> Success leads to complacency --> Complacency leads to failure
19:01 - 14) I would pay any amount of money to make obvious truths real for me.
