"You can feel terrible and still win"
I felt that one. I don't think I'm winning yet, still a lot of ground to cover. But I've been dealing with the most fucked up depression over the past few years yet I've still managed to start my business, hire some good people, retain those people, steadily outpace our monthly volume month after month. My family is good, I'm spending quality time with my wife and kids. I'm still working on feeling better but those accomplishments are helping.

      @inf3cteddreams 6 หลายเดือนก่อน

@@chekz3520 Exactly! It's about how you manage it. I don't know if you've ever listened to Ed Mylett's podcast.
It's his first episode "Morning rituals".
He describes that instead of discipline, we need good habits.
He says discipline is a fallacy in that sense that we can't always realt on discipline and we should first and foremost have good habits that we can all fall back on.
And that is what I hear you say, and it seems to have served you well brother.
So good for you, I'm really happy that you have found a way to keep going at it.
And as you say, accompliments is what keeps you on the right track.
So, I would say from what I hear is that you will be less and less depressed and hopefully not at all the more you persue your goals, as long as you've persuing the right goals for you.
If someday on the way you realize you are persuing the wrong goals, you now know how to keep going forward and all you have to do is just redirect from where you are.
You are successful, and you will be even more successful as you proceed.

My grandfather (who is no longer alive) left me a few quotes that I have stuck to. 1) "The world will never stop being the world." 2) "Life is beautiful. You just have to know how to live it." and 3) "Don't be lazy. Work hard." They are simple yet profound. He raised 10 kids, worked in a factory, immigrated his children legally from a small village in Mexico into the US during the 1960s. He owned a car, 3 properties, and had the love and adoration of his children and grandchildren. I still sing about him to this day. As the Holy Bible says "Your reputation is more precious than jewels and rubies." And "Wisdom is nourishing to the soul like a good meal."

I totally agree with the charismatic part of the how. I grew up introvert and I am super self conscious. I don't do sales, but I have learned to be more social and be able to communicate. At times people think I am outgoing and extrovert. They think it comes easy to me. It wasn't but now I know how it feels to change and love what I do. Suggestion for the video editors (Doing an awesome job btw). But the "Watch Next" is a great feature of course to get people to watch other suggested videos. The problem with this video specifically is the video cuts off right after Alex stops talking. I want to hear every word from him like 99% of the people watch the videos I assume. Test out a longer outro, like 5 seconds or so to give people time to actually click on that next video instead of whatever default videos TH-cam throws in there.

Winning is about impressing the future version of yourself.
The process to win works for various areas like health, relationships, advertising, sales, real estate, business, and investing.
The speaker emphasizes the importance of thinking about what not to do and uses a process called inversion.
Confidence comes from past actions, and motivation comes from deprivation.
The key to success is to start doing the things that the future version of yourself would do.

Hi Alex! I love and appreciate your content and maybe I'll attend Skool but,
People work hard their entire life and have nothing because they are not "be"ing. They stay trapped in their own manipulative patterns until they heal emotionally. My personal opinion. I agree with healing emotionally and "doing" in combination for achieving success.

one thing is attitude. the only thing that you can control sometimes is your mental attitude, ergo have a positive attitude, because a negative attitude alone is considered the only thing that can actually harm you: this needs to be broken down by someone skilled in psychology & meditation BECAUSE it isn't easy to have a positive attitude all the time: it is necessary to survive.
