You should try glazed cherries (that you would put on a cake) Wrapped it in bacon and skewer it like a kebab and bbq it. And Piquant peppers, stuffed with cottage cheese and wrapped in bacon on skewers, also bbq on a fire/coal. Good BBQ snack from South Africa.

Pre-grated cheese has a starch coating to keep it from sticking to its self. Which also affects the melting and cheese pull negatively.
I think my favourite thing is how comfortable Becky has gotten in front of the camera now! she used to hide away and now shes a big part of the channel! Merry christmas from my family to yours and everyone that sees this message :)

Crisps or chips bags are filled by weight, not volume. The extra cushioning is there to prevent breakage during transit. I'm surprised that you don't know this. 2:09
And going bad. I opened 2 bags of chips last weekend that didn't have much air 🤮

God Jul! from Sweden! Time for pickled herring (lots of different kinds), pigtrotters, gravad lax, dopp i grytan, etc. It's Jul!
Dopp i gryta: “Dip in the pot” - Using the rich flavored julskinkspadet (Christmas Ham broth) for dipping bread in. It is the oldest tradition we have but now we only do it at jul (apart from me, I do it every time we make a ham).
I really enjoyed this. So down to earth.
As you say, not too much planning, straight from the heart, speak your mind stuff.
Stuck on my own this year thanks to a certain virus and this feels like family.

Perhaps once a year summarising what you’ve done in the 12 months, best bits, fails, bloopers, BTS, etc and some taste testing with Mrs B to accompany? The best thing I ever ate was Ayam Malakka in the restaurant Sampurna in Amsterdam.
And the worst was a raw beaten egg with sugar sold to me as a scrambled egg. It was 32 years ago and it still was the worst thing.

We started stocking that Tiki rum at my job recently and oh my god it's incredible! Couple of shots with just some lemonade is a solid drink.
Forget the mayo try the calamari with tzatziki .... the best are the tiny, battered, deep fried legs!!
