I and my spouse had been to Pai 20+ years ago,,,, it's in the famous Banana pancake trail,,,, mainland South East Asia backpacking trails,,,,,,we stay at local Lanna guesthouse in front of mini bus station ,,near the Mosque,,,,, At that time Pai only visited by hardcore and hippie backpacker,,,,,Pai only became famous after the box office movie titles" Pai In love",,,,, and I love to see Pai again through your vlog. Thank you Stay safe and stay happy🇲🇾
@Mohamad zahid Zainul abidin , I was also there a long time ago and I never heard it referred to as in the famous Banana pancake trail. I love that phrase. :-)
Wow, the view at Pai is spectacular, you made the right decision to explore this place. Looking forward to more of these off-the beaten path adventures! 👍👍👍
Awesome adventures in Pai. That Pai Canyon looks beautiful but is too dangerous to go too near the edge. I won't take any photos there...😊😊 Lovely drone shots...love to see those terraced farming and the village vibes... peaceful, calm and relaxing. Yummy 'shaking chicken" 😋😋 Thank you for taking us on another fun adventure, Ken. Enjoyed watching episode 2 💪💪
Do wear a windbreaker when riding the bike Ken, it'll help to protect you from the sun,the rain n ofc the wind. I'm really enjoying this off the beaten path adventures of yours. Stay safe always Ken.
Ken, fantastic beautiful view of Pai rural side! That is what I wanted to see. More scenic videos of waterfall, hot springs, mountains, rivers, temples. Please visit those ethnic minority villages like long-neck Karen, Shan, Yunnanese Chinese etc.
Very cool and stunning village scenery. Thanks for showing us your trip today especially walking through the Bamboo Bridge. Don't forget to watch Germany vs England match in an hours time.
In the USA they have something called 'Shake and Bake" which is a coating for the chicken much like you ate. You put the chicken and the coating in a bag and shake it then the coating is on the chicken then you bake it.These people probably deep fried it. Pai is usually very touristy and they try to made foreign food that foreigners will recognize
Ken, My wife and I went up to Pai Canyon and you came to the same conclusion we did - That it was pretty dangerous. Particularly that narrow ledge. Good video.Thank you
Good thinking to be safe when taking pictures :) Maybe get a rain jacket or poncho to keep dry? The scenery is so beautiful! Thanks for sharing your personal moments with us. Keep going Ken! #teamabroad
What ever you want to see and do is fine with me. You are doing a great job, everything is pretty and interesting. The drone work is great. Thanks for the trip. Do not do any more food shots....You are making me hungry. Ha Ha Ha.
Wow amazing views with your drone. Love the bamboo bridge. Hate spiders too! Please don't climb across the narrow ledges, I get very nervous! Stay safe. Cath and Kevs (North Wales)
HAha the Jetlag warriors just got a new drone and you happen to get one too, finally. Practise make perfect. I'm sure you will able to get more wonderful shots once you are used to it. Great bike road trip. I wish I can do something like this too.. Now just stuck at home due to MCO
Ken ,don't worry about us subscribers when it's raining ,Be careful on the bike when wet mate 😏The views are amazing from the drone ,and the lush land never fails to amaze me in Thailand 👍
Ken, did you enjoy meeting other European backpackas in Pai? When I was there, they stared so much at me. I think that's how they show their friendliness. Some Europeans also do Mooey Thai there. Even one German guy with dreaded licks owned a kombucha bar. I guess he was married to a local but seemed too cool to say hi to me because I don't have tats and dreads. Yeah, Pai was totally cool. Next time I'm going to stare at everybody intensely. I think that's how they greet one another there.
Enjoying your videos. Touristic is a really strange word for English speaking people. We usually say popular tourist sites or tourist attraction. The fact that you can speak a few languages is better than me for sure. I 💗 Northern Thailand. Enjoy your trip.
Hi Ken , I really enjoyed watching the greens and the hills , fantastic view especially the view from the drone so picturesque 👍 the ride to the waterfalls was quite a remote area since you hardly bumped into another vehicles except for your furry friend 😂 I love the fried chicken looks like Kfc's chicken , yummy 👍

For some reason, watching Ken riding on the road, I suddenly wondered whether they drove on the left or the right in Indochina. So I looked it up in Wikipedia. Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, and presumably Brunei drive on the left. Laos, Vietnam and Cambodia drive on the right (since they were colonized by the French). Myanmar (British colony) also drives on the right, but I read that was because, sometime in the 1970s, the military dictator in charge asked his astrologer about what to do, the astrologer said Myanmar has to "move to the right". So they did.
