Sometimes this is easy said then done as a single mom and having to come home from work to hear this multiple times a week fhat my son is hitting kids at school its frustrating becayse its nit like you can stop it. He is so different at home i dont know whats going on?!
@kolewazakisan5940 I think I have that book downloaded actually! I feel like it's because he was bullied at school that where most of his truma stem from is school so I think that why he acts out more at school..he the typical kid at home.

And I know I have to enjoy the present moment, but how can I help a girl to grow a strong, independent, secure, responsable and smart at trying to make the best desitions in this culture were women are still very vulnerable to the abuse from Men.
Why do you recommend No Rewards? For example, don't we want (older) kids to learn that money comes from hard work? Don't we want kids to understand that rewards don't just magically appear?
@@DadUniversity Yes, I work hard at my job for many reasons, but the most practical reason is to be rewarded with money. If I didn't feel that my talents were being compensated for properly, I'd consider changing jobs. And I'd want my kid to do the same.
You are talking about a profession which is different. What about working hard when you clean the yard? Or working hard when you are helping a friend? There is intrinsic value that we want our kids to learn that working hard is for them inside. Of course if we do a job that gets compensated that is a different thing.
Can you please do a course of videos that are under 5 minutes, I love your content but as a dad it's hard to watch a 15 minute video, something quicker and straight to the point would be perfect for a busy dad

I think the book “How to talk so kids can listen and how to listen so kids would talk” can help you in this situation 👍 communication is key 😊
