You know what I’ve realized? As much as I love YYH and Yusuke, he was never taught any like...actual martial arts lol. Like he doesn’t have a “style”. He trained and was taught how to use techniques like spirit gun and spirit wave but he’s not much of a formal martial artist outside of that. He’s almost more of a brawler
... I watched Yu Yu Hakusho a few times... never once could I imagine Yusuke saying "I don't care if I die." He trembles with fear against enemies beyond him. Suzaku, Tugoro. But Yusuke overcomes fear by fighting for his friends.
He says it once in the dark tournament for the Dubbed version. He hypes himself up to pour out as much energy he can into the spirit gun before firing it at Toguro. It's not a line he would normally say because he's equally afraid of losing more friends. It's fear and determination to beat Younger Toguro so it's always bothered me that he says it here. Why not just take Yusuke at the end of the show when he can fire large bullets at will?
@@thefinalpotato8607 I think the reason they used Dark Tournament Yusuke was precisely so they could add in Younger Toguro too. Out of all the villains, he's the most iconic from YYH. If they used End Yusuke, it would be weird having Toguro since Yusuke would be leagues above him.
I’d kill to see a duel between Yusuke Urameshi and Ichigo Kurosaki. If only that were done in anime form. Perhaps… even work together since they’re both aware of the supernatural.
@@slinqlinque8903 I've read the manga and seen the anime a few times. It's great, but it could be better animation-wise. The 2018 Two Shots/All or Nothing OVA kept the artstyle but enhanced the animation. I'm not sure if you read everything I said, but all I want is an ANIMATION remake (remaster). Any other enhancements would ruin it. If you've watched All or Nothing, you can't tell me that Kuwabara's Spirit Sword didn't look good. Despite all that, I still think the original animation fits it best, but a remaster would be nice to have on the side.

This game doesn't capture the style of anime very well in my opinion, they should look for art styles from games such as Fire Emblem Three Houses for example.

u should watch the series it's one of the best animes to this day. Some fight scenes are pure masterpieces.
