@@TIRFemcel Dio at his peak is building level FTL with The World while Goku was a planet buster in Frieza Saga, even if Dio stopped time and threw everything at ssj Goku (Frieza Saga) he wouldn't be able to damage him.
Now Goku has surpassed gods, shook infinite realm and became stronger than a guy who has been stated to be faster than time (so 4D).
And yes Goku is universal, even Super Buu was going to destroy the universe back in DBZ.
The only Jojo character I can think of that could legitimately beat Goku is Giorno with GER due to OP hax.
And Vampires aren't stronger than all species not even in Jojo, they are tasty snacks for Pillar Man and an UV lamp can allow you to kill dozens of them + Hamon can easily destroy most Vampires, even the strongest Vampire in Jojo (Dio) was almost killed by Hamon (before he got a stand) and let's not forget how Wamuu who's a Pillar Man (so like a Vampire but superior in every possible way) got wrecked by some Hamon bubbles...

I love Black Meteorite not only is it a powerful Ultimate but it seals your opponent's Ability Gauge this has helped out a lot especially against characters like characters like Kenshin and Kenshiro who can screw you over with abilities that hit you with status ailments along with damage.
