She is the best. I had Dr. Stephen as my dermatologist. Too bad her office is always packed and have to schedule months before because she is that good. I suffer from melasma and she helped me alot. She made me realized I was using too much product which could lead to irritation and more hyperpigmentation.
Three generations from this family and they all look like each other! The baby is adorable and I can see where you got your good genes from Dr. Stephens. Stay safe 💞🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦
Your mother is so funny! When she said “for what” about her makeup brushes I cracked up with her!! Lovely video! Definitely going to reference this for the future! ❤️
She the truth! I went to Florida from California just to see her. It’s been 2 weeks and my skin is so clear already!!! I’m gonna post a video soon Thank you Dr Alexis!
Many many thanks Dr. Stephens. My skin looks so much healthier and even toned. I am 61 years old and my skin looks younger and I don't have to wear foundation.
Not buying unnecessary products. During lockdown I realise how much make-up and skincare products I had. My goal is to use all I have before purchasing anything new.
I’m definitely adding silk sheets and pillow cases along with a humidifier. I would like to see a video regarding darkness and dryness under the eyes due to allergies/sinuses and irritation from rubbing. Thank you so much for sharing. 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
Thank's Dr. Stephens these are really Good tip's..And your Mother is Absolutely gorgeous and your bedroom is Goals it's beautiful it looks so Cozy and Relaxing.
Listen these 22 Tiny Habits to Improve your Skin in 2022 is everything...GOOOO Dr. Stephens 🙂....thats my doctor and she knows what she is talking about
We absolutely love you Dr Alexis. Thanks for all your great tips side not you Mom and daughter are BEAUTIFUL just like you it runs in the FAMILY ❤️❤️❤️
✨Happy new year to you too!! ✨ You’re my no 1 dermatologist and I’ve learned so much from you! Like “start low and go slow”, a really good rule of thumb! My skincare new year resolution will be finding good sunscreens and reapplying them regularly! I have good sleep and that’s another thing that I care for and I also know that it works! It’s really beauty sleep, and I amp it up with a good night time face oil or a sleeping mask ✨🧖🏻♀️✨ I’m really looking forward to following you 2022 😺 I’m sure this year will be awesome!! Thank you so much!! 💫
Finally, a dermatologist is recommending Glytone products online - Glytone is fantastic but pay attention to the various levels of glycolic acid in the products (too much too soon will irritate/damage the skin)
I love the humidifier at night ideas and will incorporate it in my night routine. Also, I love the sleekness of the one you have. Do you mind sharing where it’s from?
I just want to say… you’re a life saver and I’m literally sitting here taking notes. I have constant hyperpigmentation and hormonal acne flare ups! You have really taught me so much! Love your channel. Thank you gorgeous 🙏🏾💖🥰
WOW 🤩 you, your mom & your daughter are all GORGEOUS These tips are so useful & practical The only thing I’m struggling with is tretinoin.. I’ll use it & then my face is all irritated for the next 3-4 days So it feels like I’m harming my skin more than anything (it’s 0.01% not even the base 0.025% that’s considered less intense 😭)
Buffer it with moisturizer. Cleanse, moisturize, wait 15-30 minutes, then apply the Tretinoin. Apply a moisturizer afterwards, too, if needed. Also cut back on other actives ( vitamin C, chemical exfoliants, etc) until your skin becomes more acclimated to it. I’ve been using tret off and on for 20 years, and I still don’t use it every night. Good luck, and hope that helps a little!
if you haven't done so already, can you do a video on syncing your skincare with your monthly cycle phases? thank you! so appreciate all the content you create here.
No. 8!!!!!! All those steps /routine. My skin always gets more irritated doing all that much. Just wash, cleanse and hydrate and the skin is calm. So many products. Not necessarily useful🤦🏾♀️. I guess every skin differ No. 17. I will donate all! Thanks for the tip.
Your little girl!!!!! She is so adorable!!! That's A LOT of water you drink. I don't know that I can do that. Lastly, what are your thoughts on steam facials? Thanks for all your videos. I"m learning a lot!!
Awesome I have been using hot water for showers and cold water for face thinking it will be helpful but it’s just trying out my skin or clogging my pores.
Can you please make a video with a step by step on how to wash your face with each product. Like, face wash first, then towel dry, then moisturizer, then retinol, then oil etc. This is where I am confused! Especially if you’re using different medicated creams. Can you actually go through your routine day and night!
Just all around the absolute best channel on TH-cam! Educational, entertaining, and accurate. I’m so grateful that you’re willing to share all the things in your big brain to help us with or skin! Amazing!
Happy New Year Dr. Stephens! What a beautiful family you have! I totally agree with these habits. I need to increase my water intake, exercise, eating healthier, and develop a consistent sleep habit for my well being. I'd love to see your morning and evening routines for winter. Have a fantastic weekend! ❤😘
Thank you for these tips. Targeting to make a habit of washing my hands before I wash my face, sleeping with the humidifier on and reapplying my sunscreen.
Got a lemon drop on the thigh some time ago, didn't wash, conclusion: little burn with days of BAD itching! No one should be putting this on the face!! What about honey tho?? I've been doing a night time mask with honey only, is it really beneficial for the skin?? Thank you for the tips, I decided that 2022 will be THE YEAR for my skin!! ♥️☺️🌹
