Sterling, this is the second time I watch your video, and it brought me to happy tears again! I find such beauty and such deep joy in your piece. It’s as if you breathe life into your giraffe with the perfect and realistic details you applied to your study of this amazing animal. Thank you for sharing your experience. You are so inspiring. Keep it going.
This is one of the kindest compliments/comments I have ever received. Thank you so much for watching and joining me while I paint. It means the world to me! Truly!
Wow. You outdid yourself! He has the cutest combination of goofy/sweet expression on his face! My son is tall (6'5"), so the giraffe is sort of his spirit animal. I would LOVE to do something like this for him someday. Thanks for sharing!
Spirit animal is a giraffe! 🤣 I love that. Thank you so much for the kid words. I have painted many things since this guy but I just keep forgetting to hit record!
Gorgeous! The giraffe and Rabbit (whom I just almost called Bunny) both are wonderful and you totally did justice to the giraffes beauty and their biiig eyes. Btw: if you didn't know, look up the giraffes sound on Wikipedia, this is so beautiful and melodic!
I am so sorry! I really appreciate you remembering I exist! I know it has been far too long! I have a video almost completed. I will say that I am much more active on Instagram than I am here just because of the time it takes to edit and voice over. I also started work towards offering prints on my etsy and everything combined has led me to being a silly amount of busy. I will try and focus on content here soon! Thank you again!
I love your beautiful giraffe, such beautiful work. I’ll have to give this a try as the giraffe is my favourite animal too. I’m a beginner at all things art and I get frustrated at myself for mucking my projects up. Kind regards Kathryn. Australia 🇦🇺
I really liked what you said about holding off with painting something until your skill level improved and putting the possibility of being able to paint it on a pedestal. I do the same thing. And doing so I miss out on taking chances which does nothing to improve my skills. Also I like how you stressed how important it is to put in the time for painting. Thank you! 👍
I am so glad you liked my unorganized rambling haha! I still find myself being guilty of this. Not wanting to fail, so never trying is definitely my Achilles heel. I hope you are able to push past it more than I do!
Beautiful❤
Thank you so much! I have painted several more since this one and enjoyed each time!❤️
WOW wonderfull painting. Great job, it is very pretty💚 best wishes
Wow that is awesome. I hope mine turns out as good as yours. Thank you for sharing.

Beautiful!
Can i know the number of the brush you use to paint this. Thankyou in advance ❤
I believe I used the #6 Silver Black Velvet brush for most of this painting. I hope this helps!
Marvellous painting - Hope I can do it justice.

is there a traceable for the giraffe?
There is not a traceable for the giraffe but that would be such a fun thing to offer if I open a website!
You should look up Jennifer Littleton watercolorist. She has won awards for her giraffe watercolor paintings!
I will definitely have to look her up then!
dein gemälde ist wunderschön geworden, nur sehr schade das du keine vfarbangaben gemachrt hast
