I don't remember who said about it but he came up with a theory that there is a reason why Abigail, Hokusai, Yang Guifei and Van Gogh became Lovecraftian Servant. It is because their ending are mysterious in historical records.
For Abigail, she is the one who caused Salem Witch Trials but nobody knew what happened to her afterward.
For Hokusai, Ōi's life became a mystery after Hokusai's death.
For Yang Guifei, it was the mystery around her death. Nobody saw her body aside from Gao Lishi and Chen Xuanli who claimed her death.
There is a myth about her fleeing to Japan and arrived at Amakusa Island.
I don't remember much about Van Gogh. He said it based on the mystery around his suicide.
So if we go with this Theory, then Edgar Allan Poe, whose exact Manner and cause of death is shrouded in mystery, and Amelia Earhart, who's disappearance made national headlines all across the world, would be excellent candidates to become Lovecraftian Servants of the Foreigner servant category.

But since the game fgo tends to change certain servants' that appear in other works of the Natsu-universe into different classes, like Voyager becoming a foreigner servants and Faker becoming a pretender class servant, I think it's safe to assume that Amelia Earhart, when she does become a playable character in fgo, will most likely take on the Foreigner class typing.

Van Gogh is an unique case because the lovecraftian god interfene with him/her, forcing his memory to the body of Clytie to make Vincent Van Gogh more obedient to them.
Van Gogh/Clytie was included on foreigner class not because she was possesed but because she was a patchwork doll made by the vile god.

I'm honestly madly in love with foreigner class servant but their class qualification is the most messed up out of all class. I hope there is definite qualification for foreigner class. Although Yang interlude hinted in mysterious death, Jaques break that. It probably tied with mysterious incident in their lifes and possible outer god ties just like baphomet ties with shub niggurath.
With that in mind, Amelie Earhart, Edgar Allan Poe, Agatha Christie, H.P. Lovecraft, all qualified to be foreigner servant for their mysterious circumstances in their lives. Saint-Exupery could be one but because fate/requeim, we can safely assume its Michaelangelo case all over again.
If you want to fall down a rabbit hole there is an entire sub plot to Poe's death, that being a mysterious figure would every year put something on his grave but was never identified or something like that. I'd love to see more author servants in the game like them!

Really liked the video, the story of both storical figures was very interesting!
The multiple name changes makes yang here a good candidate for the Pretender class to clarify those aren't fakers but a type of servant that can inherit two legends into it's saint graphs.
While you might think high servants do this they can only fuse into one higher legend like Douman and Sakura five the Pretender is both and multiple people at once Oberon and Vortigern are completely fused and have both their skills and passives.
Hence why im excited about Iskander shadow will she inherit Iskander skills or will her class fuse her with Hephastion skills and passive i can't wait
I like to think Patroclus qualifies as a Faker or Pretender class servant. The most famous part of his legend is that he disguised himself as Achilles to rally the Greek army against Troy, could also give us a chance to see Achilles as a Berserker class from when he avenged Patroclus’ death.

Odd to see a outer god fall infatuated with someone physically. Also I like most foreigners but it would be nice if FGO made a serious non waifu foreigner like a Tesla a foreigner, a dude who thought he made interstellar communications in real life, a man who is sometimes an Avatar of Nyarlathotep and who just thought differently from most people. Or dare I say just have HP Lovecraft be a servant with a Necronomicon. Although even though Gilles had a Necronomicon they’ll probably save the original version for the shota Caster from Fate Strange/Fake.
Lovecraft exists in the Fate canon apparently so it wouldn't be surprising to see him appear at some point. I could see them doing an event where the enemy is Hastur or Dagon and making them male

Edit: So I have a Yang Guifei Burn team that I put together and I finally managed to get all my multipliers and burns off in one turn. first is a Kiyohime with 8/4/4, so 80% spreading fire and 500 burn. then my 7/7/7 Yang Guifei's 5,400 burn. Finally, Tomoe Gozen with 1,000 burn and 200% spreading fire! Put it together and what do you get? 26,220 burn damage!
Why complicated? Is it because the concept of Nursery Rhymes is incredibly hard to pin down and the significance of each is constantly debated? Because as a Servant she is both the concept of Nursery Rhymes and just the aftereffect of a young girl’s Reality Marble that manifested Nursery Rhymes, especifically Lewis Carroll’s stories, to protect her mind as she suffered from the Clock Tower’s cruel human experiments (because we could not hate them enough already they did this after they discovered her as a bedridden orphan from the great wars).
Basically, she was never meant to be a heroic spirit, but instead she is an irregular servant created to project the imagination and purity of a young dead girl, which is why our version refused to part with the image of “Alice”.

About the Foreigners considering they’re possessed yet still have their insanity intact,I just noticed how they tend to be skinny or have a bone-like body structure there’s a possibility this is due to the fact that when you’re possessed you begin to lose weight more efficiently(Not sure which source this was from but it’s a fact I learned somewhere)
Yang(considering she has the most normal structure)does still count in this case since she’s been mentioned to be plump/chubby historically
On other cases like Oui,Abby,Jacques and Van Gogh they have a rather skinnier structure
The case with Voyager,X and BB is that the two former are already alien or didn’t get possessed whilst for BB there’s a high chance she “hacked” or “fixed” herself to maintain her structure

So, Kuroboshi designed the foreigners I like the least (mostly because I find tentacle representation of Lovecraftian deities unimaginative, and that's all of them in this game). Oh well, at least there are still Voyager (man, did they strike gold with his concept), double X, MIXA, and Koyanskaya.
As a fan of Lovecraft these servants are usually always a treat, their concept is just so cool. But I am just a little sad at our molay, Also i would love to see a male Foreigner just to see what they would do with that. Wasn't there a lovecraftian old god that was a god of war or was like really aggressive unlike other old gods? Maybe they could do something with that and the servant be like Raphael or Donatello.
Edit. Completely forgot about voyager but I'm not sure if he counts cause I'm not sure if he's fused with an old god. Even if he is what I meant by male would hopefully be an older more beefy man who is fused with a war god making him look like a being of pure destruction. Like a more tentaclely ares if you catch my drift.

So the foreigner class is kind of split between Lovecraftian foreigners and other foreigners. The aggressive Lovecraftian deity is probably Nyarlathotep because he goes out of his way to dabble in humanity. However we already kind of have him in FGO as Summer BB, but I'm with you a male Kuroboshi foreigner would be great! Maybe Dagon, Hastur, or Nodens
