got tangled with this bird in thailand

morning walk out in the lovely peaceful issan region of thailand every day different it seemed to be a nice uneventful walk when i come across this bird seemed to be tangled up near a pond that was literally dried up
it had fishing wire round its legs so i took it home untangled it then went and set it free, but not without consequences as you will see
