Awesome vid. In 2015 I opened a restobar on Mindanao and it was amazing. I experienced all the challenges you mentioned here and more. It was quite the experience and I learned a lot. I had to leave the country in 2019 and even tho I hired someone who I thought would be an amazing manager, the business lasted 3 months before it was bankrupt! You definitely need to be there to oversee what is going on or the foreigner attitude of he can afford it really takes over! Would I do it again? Hell yeah. Would I do it if I had to leave again? Hell no!!!😂😂😂

Trust in business is very important amongst colleagues, and guests or customers that visit your facility.
In my own work right now, there are still a strong sense of people that I still can't trust fully on both sides of the table of the "good" and the "bad" people. Simple enough, trust no one. There will always be someone out there to use the good people for there own good. . .
