The old adage «to make a little money, start with a lot of money» is very true for the Philippines 😂

Great advice! I learned that lesson when I hired a VA from the Philippines. The outbound calls, but I closed the gap creating with my CRM a AI Powered Employee with all sms campaigns and emails that drive appointments and book those on my calendar which took a lot of that work from my new VA which focus on my other important things. Thanks for the sir! Another great and informative video.

What is your best tips and strategies to keep philippino employees motivated?

Hmmm, basically on point observations. My wife's family started sari sari store # 1 million and one and the results were predictable.
One caveat for selling high end consumer products like handbags or shoes is the prevalence of pirated goods. Your customers are going to be skeptical about the authenticity of your goods and will want to see them, so that might limit your ability to sell them online.
As for hiring great employees, I think that is a problem as old as time and not unique to the Philippines. Only a certain percentage of the workforce is gold standard and they command a premium price.

Appreciate your thoughts Steve. Good point about skepticism with authenticity about some goods. I've seen high end restaurants, spas, clubs, resorts do very well.
I've personally had a much more difficult time with recruitment vs the US.

@JohnSmuloTV Hmm, wonder about recruitment difficulties. Are you seeking very niche skill sets that are not taught in most Philippines universities?

@@stevedavenport1202 With one business partially, and one business no. But this isn't related to skills alone.
