Upon rewatching this video Keith really wasn’t that negative. His only real complaints were the chicken being bad and the food being a little under salted. Multiple times he said things were good. And a couple times he even said things were excellent.
I watched this after other videos where he defended himself from the hate he got from his one. I didn't hear a lot of bad comments. He just didn't like the chicken or fries.
Agreed, I just rewatched it for the first time since it came out and he did like everything but the chicken. One of my favorites is the honey bbq chx strip sando so I was a bit disappointed, but whoever was working fry that day must just not have been a good cook.

That's why I, and my pals that were born & raised there, called it Water burger when I lived in Seguin , San Antonio & New Braunfels, TX from 2008- 2010. The breakfast burrito, all if their breakfast options were a winner for me, the onion rings, fries did good.

Whataburger is one of those places, man. I have multiple in my town. One of them sucks, and the other one is amazing. I know southern locals can back me up on this. Every town has the "good" Whataburger.

As a VERY texan person, living in Houston, i am actually not suprised at all. Whataburger is litterally just another simple fast food burger chain. Texans are EXTREMELY biased when it comes to whataburger, and we like to think every thing texan, is the best. Isn't his judgement automatically more valid since hes NOT from texas, meaning he cant be biased at all, and just simply doing his job by giving his critique, like any another fast food eat the menu? Lady Phoenix - dunno, usually im a general try guy fan, but something about the way he talks to the door dash driver and blames her for not getting there in time for breakfast.
Monica Velasquez my only experience with food delivery is Postmates, but shouldn’t the order be placed with the restaurant so they can prepare it and then the driver can pick it up? It’s a bit strange that the driver also has to be the one to order the food because that does open up the possibility of this situation happening here, which shouldn’t be allowed.
