We don't get people fired.
I also worked in food and its generally appreciated to call a day early for large food orders like a party platter which is a lot of the same things just so they can prep and order enough ingredients before hand.
But I'd also say most restaurants can handle that one in a billion customer who orders one of everything. It would be no different than having a rush hour of thirty customers ordering thirty things. So long as that customer is ok waiting for about an hour for their food and didn't come at rush hour, most food places can handle that kind of challenge.
Plus, it just makes the till super happy at the end of the day, so the boss is happy. And this time he was cool about not wanting to hold up the line so, win win.
@George Bran As someone who has worked during both kinds of customers, it doesn't make a difference. Most of our call ahead customers wanted their food done by rush hour time so we were still overwhelmed by making 20-30 burgers and 10 or so drinks and then they wouldn't show up on time and we would have to remake everything. So honestly I don't mind how he does things. Because at least he's not going to be late and ask it to be remade fresh.
I want to appreciate how that guy had no idea who Keith is! If I happened to ever work in food service again and Keith walked in for his Eat the Menu series, or just walk in generally, I might fangirl scream...

I work at Arbys now and I love how much of the menu has changed since this was filmed, like all the things he hated r gone. I want him to do another one of him refreshing the menu where he does the new things that they’ve added to the menu and redo his favorites and see if there still his favorite

I wish they would bring the onion rings & the potato cakes back. The onion rings were great. They just changed the sliders to a different bun & they are now smaller. I also didn't think much of the brisket sandwich or the new ribeye sandwich. At least at my restaurant they were both tasteless, & the ribeye was so tough & chewy it was hard to even eat it.
@@thedonleroy Yeah I miss the potato cakes, but I love the new slider buns. The old ones were super dense IMO. The ribeye at mine was okay, there just tends to be gristle in the meat sometimes and I live in an area with a lot of older farmer-types so they're picky about their steak

Meat Mountain isn't something Arby's set out to make. They had a mock-up of a sandwich in a picture to show off all the meats on the menu, but enough people on the internet DEMANDED it to be something they could buy, so they put it on the menu.

The funny thing about the meat mountain sandwich is they didn’t want to make it. They made it just for a commercial to show off that they do more then roast beef but then people started trying to order it.
I recently got hired at Arby's, and the fish is shockingly common. I'd say we get about five fish orders per hour. We are also consistently out of all fish products
Also, pro tip, do not order the turnovers. Nobody orders them, and so they sit out all day.

The Arby’s pecan chicken salad sandwich is delicious, but it’s only available in the summer. The chocolate mint milkshakes they have around St. Patrick’s Day are incredible too. Way better than the toothpaste-y Shamrock Shake.

The brisket sandwiches are fire from Arby's. Probably my favorite thing on the menu. Though instead of the arby's sauce I alway's go for the horsey sauce. Their mild horseradish sauce slaps.

The onion roll Arby's uses for their Beef 'n' Cheddar is one of my favorite fast-food sandwich breads of all time. It complements the fillings so well, and it smells delightful as one unwraps this lovely little beast of a sando. Thanks, for one of the most enjoyable episodes of Keith Eats Everything I've seen!
