If Michael Carrick was not an ex West Ham player he would not be in contention, even if I would not be against the appointment. Potter is better than what we have at the moment.

Potter needs a platform to elevate his career after Chelsea, WH’s setup would suit him to do this, if he was successful and turned WH’s fortunes around by the end of the season, would Brady get her wish, or would Noble get his? Personally if Potter, or whoever, came in the short term and was successful, I don’t believe Sullivan would make the same Pellegrini/Moyes scenario mistake again, regardless if the ‘master plan’ was to bring in another coach, Carrick or maybe Allegri as reported by overseas sources. If Lop has fallen out with Kudus and Todibo , it was well worth it imho. Kudus is a very talented player but was being greedy and running into blind alleys when a simple ball to a player in space would suffice. Notice that on his return , he passed the ball better. Todibo has a history of bad attitude (if you google search) and it's unacceptable that he has such a low level of fitness , plus he's guilty of making some horrendous lazy errors.
