So cool! My water didnt break at 9cm either. I was pushing and kinda of hoping it would come out like that. But ended up having to break it for her to come down more and come out. Cute story! ❤❤

We did several things to prevent tearing and bleeding. We waited to birth the placenta and I stayed out for awhile right after the birth, instead of moving around too quickly. The position I was in side lying while pushing and the counter pressure on the perineum from my midwife, as well as my quick breathing through pushing helped slow the head coming through so I wouldn’t tear. I was amazed to have no tearing. That was awesome and helped speed up recovery.
A child is a beautiful gift from God. He created Nora Beth and sent her to you. God trusts you to bring her up in the nurture and admonition of The Lord. She is absolutely gorgeous!!! THANK YOU FOR SHARING!!!
