I think the point you make about ads "potentially" showing up is great and most people don't understand what this really means. Your ads are never guaranteed to be shown to anyone. Google's algorithms decide which ads are the best, and the best ads are rewarded and are shown to the best people. Create good ads!

You just need a Google Ads Account to get access to Keyword Planner.

in the targeted locations can I add more than one city or is it better to have separate ads for each city? For example I live in a county with 3 cities linked together.
You'll want to separate them out and split test them individually. That way you have clean data.
Since now, google has Website Visits and Lead Form Submissions on the new campaign page, which option would you choose even if you have a landing page?

Not sure if you found the answer to this a year later, but I always go for Lead Form Submissions with landing pages as it trains the AI to target people who are more likely to sign up than to click. Full disclaimer though, I usually operate with Facebook ads and haven't tried the Website Visits objective so I don't have the stats to prove this. All I know is that Lead Form Submissions works - test both with half of your budget for 1-2 full weeks and find which one gives you more/better leads.
For CMA's do you prefer using Cloud CMA or KV-Core? And Why?

Wow.. watched another video on this and did $10/day. $50/day better lead to something.
Threat? Just saying it is a big amount. Facebook I dis $10/day and got 57 leads in 5 days
