  • Finally, the noises are gone! Hope they stay away forever!!!
Just in time for new tires. I mean I crashed because the tires were so worn right? 🤪 Can't wait to try this combo out!!!
Front: Maxxis DHR II MaxxTerra EXO+ 29x2.6
Rear: Maxxis DHR II MaxxTerra EXO+ 29x2.4
    Cheers!

So after about 3 rides mine started creaking.
I tool the linkages off, picked the seals out and put more grease in.
I did use the tool but did it by feel with play.
    Hasn't made a noise since.

Hey bud, so PUSH only makes stock fitment as they do extensive testing on it. Also for the trails I ride, 140mm travel is plenty.

What is the thickness of putty knife?
    0'5mm (youtube translate) or 2'5mm....??
    Thank you

Good to hear that you were able to sus out the frame creak. My girlfriend and I rented a pair of Rise in Bentonville AR over the recent holiday weekend and unfortunately her bike had this creak. I would not have been able to stand it if it had been MY ride and I did do a quick bolt check on hers to see if it was an easy fix. No luck. She didn't mind. We were essentially testing the Rise to see if it was gonna be our next MTB purchase. That creak had me shook though. Good to know it is a somewhat easy fix. Thanks!

It's an amazing bike, perfect balance between functionality and looks. The only eMTB I might take over this right now is the Trek EXe 👍🏻

I am in NorCal and I may try DHR II front and Dissector rear. I'm just waiting on availability of the wheels. Thanks again for the video PLP.

Great video, thanks for putting it up. What brakes set do you have on your Rise? I get mine in a week and cant wait but i do want to swap wheelset, just don't want to run Shimano brakes with them.

I initially went with Magura MT5s which are plenty of stopping power already but I changed to TRP DHR EVOs which are amazing. If you want more modulation I'd recommend TRPs. If you want quicker bite but less modulation (more chance of locking out if you don't have good finger control) then MT5/MT7 will be great options.

@@allshownogolf How did you replace the magnet from the original Shimano disc, mine will have center lock discs and I want to run 6 bolt.

@@Joe-wi9qz I have different set of wheel with 6 bolt hubs, but I they sell adapters

@@allshownogolf Did your Rise come with 6 bolt rotors? So you used the same magnet, i heard you cant take this off from the Orbea manual?

@@Joe-wi9qz No it came with centerlock. I had to get the magnet for the 6 bolt wheel. Bosch's work too, no need to get Orbeas
