I worked with Cathy Ladman in Atlantic City at Caesar’s casino in a room called Cleopatra’s Barge. I played keyboards in the house band. Cathy was such a wonderful person and so funny. She’s even funnier now.
She has the kind of humour that I would pay to watch because she does not need to put others down to be funny. Thumbs up, Cathy! Dry Bar needs more of you👍
Wonderfully refreshing comedic humor. Yes relatable, but delivery is spot on. I look forward to much more laughter from Cathy. Exceptionally joyful 👏👏Bravo!
In other words, Jesus said, don't try to be a show off and put words where they don't belong. That makes one a hypocrite and you will one day get judged for that when you can not go back and correct that!
I can SO relate to this woman! She speaks the truth. When I was 64, I was watching the local news and they described a brutal attack in a purse snatching of an elderly woman. They reported her age, 64. I didn't know if I was going to vomit or hit anyone nearby. And that, my friends, was the exact moment I began to decline.
Once I was telling my aunt that I need to plan where I’m going to move when my elderly 65 years old landlord dies because he is so old that it can be any day, and then his son may want to sell the house. Then I saw her facial expression and remembered she was the same age also 65 😂 she looks young and he looks old so I didn’t make the connection 😂
This lady is hilarious. Don't know why I've not seen her before. And her routine is G rated. I can relate to almost everything she talks about. Yes, we are elderly if we are 60+ years of age. I'm soon 69, next year the big 70. I don't feel a day over 40. I remember during the pandemic when the stores would open early for the elderly. It took two weeks for it to sink in that I am part of the "elderly" crowd and could go early.
