i just did this Monday. 20 rounds + 2 reps. Rx at 135lbs.Bodyweight: 147lbs.😮💨 Pretty happy and paced it well. Goal was 20 rounds at 4 per round.

Can anyone tell me if this work out is good for burning fat and hw many time a week shoukd i do this ???
completed 25 + 3, legs acidify well, instead of a barbell I used 2 weights of 24 kg each
years of xfit cant do a push up come on u gotta improve ur game

I did 24 rounds and 7 reps and I'm 34. These dudes really have to learn how to do a proper push up.
