That's the kinda truck you don't let get away from ya.
A beautiful truck. I think this truck is hot. I learn to drive on a 1971 Chevy C/10 just like this. I would like to have one restored to as close as the factory as possible. I would change to the Fule injectors and disk brakes and an automatic trans. What would it cost to restore one? With a Factory engine and transmission. I don't want any rebuilt parts on it.

Nope. That's the old glue that didn't hold to the weather strip.

have to say it's a nice truck but no where near perfect as you say I can see sway and rolls in the bed steel on video and that is saying something and the only perfect panel gap I saw was the drivers side hood the rest of them look like shit keep up the crappy work tho!
Just wondering where you bought this truck from before restoration. My husband passed away mid restoration of a truck just like this. I had to sell it and have always been curious where it ended up. My husband had an Auto Body Shop for 25 years so I know good quality work when I see it. Great job guys!

is this beautiful 68 Chevy for sale? it is amazing how your body panels fit and the how the gaps are straight it is, must have taken a lot of hours working on it to get it right. i have seen hundreds of these pickups and yours is the straightest i have ever seen. what year is Ford Ranger you got the gas tank out I'm working on my 68 I love the setup you got on that truck
I believe the tank was out of a 1989. I had to modify pickup tube to accept GM in tank pump. Not sure I would do it again.
Stainless headers that are ceramic coated?
