I did this with a mate thought we could live off the land (FAIL), no fish, it rained and blew a gale all night. Tent, tackle, sleeping stuff and Fishing gear in a 6 foot dingy with a 2,5hp Evenrude. That was 50 yrs ago . Boys enjoy life like you are now doing and u will still have those memories like i have. Have fun!!! Biggest Lizard 10 3/4 pound when i was 12.
Great videos mate - reason they don't let you use the local wood at the camp site is that if everyone did it would be de-nuded really quickly and the local flora and fauna need the windfall to survive and thrive - good on you to bringing your own :-). Yeah use that cooker case on its edge to provide a wind break, Good on MUM for looking after the food for you young fellas.
Did not know that, it sounded like a silly rule. But makes sense i guess. Thanks for that! I don't think the ranger believed me when i told him we brought it with us.
Thanks a lot for the Sub, looks like you are a local also!!! cool. Will be dropping a video on the Weekend, fishing the Bridge via boat. Hope to see out on the water!!
@YAWK_YAWK You're welcome. I like seeing new local(ish) fishing spots 😉 Look forward to seeing the new video. I'll see you around for sure. Stay safe out there and watch you don't anchor on the cable 🫣😂
