I went to a reserves game when the 3 day week was on , 1973 , on a weekday afternoon, you could get in for free. I was about 14 and Mickey was there. I watched the 2nd half with him, behind the Techend goal. What a man

A few months after the tonking Wrexham gave Arsenal I was playing rugby for a team in Nottingham. Arsenal had been away to Forest and around 100 Arsenal fans got on the bus then started asking me where I was from, when I said Wrexham I realised what I'd said and they started chanting. lol. I'd had a brutal rugby game and broken two fingers I was on my way to hospital and the bastards kept shaking my hand. Great memories which hurt like hell. lol.
