HR job has "monotonous tasks", well maybe don't go into an HR job if you don't like that??! I get that AI is all the buzz now, and I will sadly have to conform to what you share in the video, but saying that they are used because HR tasks as monotonous.... That's literally the job description. Treat people like people and not like AI fodder.

1. Customizing a CV and cover letter for each job you apply is a terrible thing. Just imagine you have applied for 5 jobs in a week so you should customize your CV (5 days * 4 weeks= 20) times a month ?? Still it won't guarantee your job. 2. Most candidates don't even realize that their CV will be marked as JUNK by the "ATS software" or company if they have lots of CVs to handle. 3. Last thing, in my personal experience, I have seen that good communication skills, well formatted CV or answering all questions in technical interview can't guarantee a job. Suppose you have answered all the 20 questions asked in the interview, so can you "CLAIM or demand that job" if HR is confused or not impressed by you ? I managed to crack interview at Qatar Airways and also another local interview where I could not answer 2-3 questions. So got selected in both because a well matured HR or company don't ask for a 100 percent perfection, they simply understand that you are talented with your 2-way interaction behavior and a reasonable amount of technical discussion on how you deal with daily issues in a company.

Could you please put one video how to convert OC to workvisa, how long the process takes, how to process it quickly etc. I don't find any video in youtube about this process. It would be useful for us when HR asks how long it takes us to join them.

All are just scam. People with masters from Germany can't find job in 18 months. Difficult with Indian qualifications. No one trusts the papers.

I booked for an year and they rejected my application saying the 12Laks i show will all be spending towards accomodation and mis expenses. My friend applied with me, he just kept 3 months and his application got approved. So just want to share my experience here as it can may be useful for someone. I applied for chancenkarte visa on 11 th of Jan. I got my documents verified online by 15 Jan and got my appointment booked on 22nd jan

Blocked account is nothing but you are depositing your own money into a account where you will not have free hand to withdraw your own money as per your needs and they throw your money on monthly bases like we are beggars and German Visa process says we don't want to become their labilities to government. hahaaa

I have submitted the documents at VFS chennai on 21.11.2024, but still did receive any update on the visa.... It's been more than 2 month's.... literally no update.... When i check status on VFS portal about visa status....it is showing "your application is under process German embassy in India".... DOES THAT MEANS VISA GOT REJECTED....
