Fiji was absolutely everything I expected and more. I had the absolute best time there and cannot wait to return again in the future. All of the locals were so friendly and everything about this trip made it a dream holiday.

Do you think sofitel is worth the amount of money it cost? im torn between sofitel or the marriot :(
I loved staying there - I think it depends on what you’re planning to do whilst you’re in Fiji. We were out of the hotel on excursions most of the time so didn’t use that many of the hotel facilities. I’m looking at the Marriott now and some of the rooms / over water bungalows look unreal (better than the Sofitel in my opinion). I guess the down side of the Marriott is that you’re further from the port so if you plan to do excursions that might add an additional cost.
