our backhoe guy that works for us has one. those things are amazing. blown away by how much work can get done in a day. we are digging a pond. watching from belize.
@@jsbackhoeop8180 now never will be 😔 all new machines are nice and great etc. but with all emissions and tech on them makes repairs and some operating a pain
I enjoyed the video. I have a 580K as well but yellow fenders, so a phase 1 I believe. It's an 87. I have one hydraulic issue but will get it straightened out and digging again. Rock on!
Awesome man! I fell in love with this machine when I was a kid. It’s always had a soft spot in my heart. Thank you for watching and commenting, love to hear about equipment others are running out there! Especially older equipment still going! Keep it up cheers! 🍻
@@manningbudd oh yeah! Everything is sensors and emissions and operator comfort instead of a well working practical machine. Things are important like comfort etc but if the machine is hard to use or breaks down being comfortable won’t help 😝

Good stuff, love seeing an older 580 out working.
Oh yeah!! It’s the machine that made me fall in love with equipment
@@dirty.diggers same here, grew up on old cases, spent most of my career so far on em. New ones are nice not the same as the old.

@@dirty.diggers tell me about it 😆 the super Ls were the best, bulletproof
@@jsbackhoeop8180 Yeah those were great as well
I love these 580ks probably my favorite case machine
I have a biased opinion because it’s the one my dad bought the year I was born and we’ve had it ever since. Grew up loving this machine and still do
