Loved Bobby Bland & his voice. I saw him in Concert several times in Oakland, Calif & The Circle Star in San Carlos yrs. ago. I was devastated when he passed but he left behind some great music that I still listen to. RIP Bobby Blue Bland

This was at Bob Riggins "Club 54" on Grand Avenue across the street from Lisa's Motel which Riggins owned. I worked there with DJ Dr. Jockenstein. I took the food and drinks to the stars dressing room. Johnnie Taylor was on of my favorites
I remember every Saturday night my Motherinlar would have here a bototle of brandy and play the hell out of some Bobby Blue bland I can see her now up there with Bobby.
