Chanterelle sauce

Autumn is the best time of year. A walk in a forest might have a happy encounters while you find these gastronomic masterpieces. This is one of my favorite mushroom after matsutake and boletus edulis. Let's make this fast sauce you can use next to pasta for example. If you want to boost the mushroom taste DONT use bacon in this recipe. Quantities are based on personal preferences, so use tasting while cooking.
