What about a 2017 KX450F with Showa forks? There is an air cap up top and a High Pressure Warning. I am assuming you just let the air out at the valve, then the process is basically the same?
Spencer, nice job with the video! You're a chip off the old block. Would those $12 seal savers help prevent all this. Also, I think its important to wash your bike after every ride,even though its the last thing you want to do after a long day riding.
Its cheaper to buy the tools and do it yourself. Most guys can do the job if they have a good video to walk them through it. Thanks for the video

Sweet video! Changing those look pretty fun.
Going by the state of the oil these need serviced more often but the shock more so as they run very hot and a small amount of oil.
