    Please for anyone who is reading this message:
    Learn more about web developing and designing, if you don't even know what you are working in the client will feel it instantly.
    Learn more about designing and all the editors (I personally use webflow and framer)
    Learn how the sections should be organized
    I'm sorry to tell you this, but it can take few months to get good at, but then you'll have all the required tools and knowledge.
    (Some extra advices)
    • Please build your own templates.(it's always clear when you're using a widely used template) BE CREATIVE !
    • DON'T USE THE SAME TEMPLATE WITH PROSPECTS IN THE SIME AREA! YOU COULD GET A LOT OF TROUBLES ! (especially if you told them that you built it for them it would be a lie...)
    • Creat your seo strategy, if you don't want to and put random words on the website, it's 99% that you'll provide absolutely no value and you'll lose the client.
    PLEASE:
    Learn then earn.
    (Choose wisely you're clients, never choose those who want the cheeper option THEY WILL MAKE YOUR DAYS A PURE HEADACHE)

    How do you tackle the challenge of shifting an existing website into the new improved "sub domain" version -- having to handle hostile hosts or other web companies -- obviously having the owner wanting to move is step one. I have had some wild struggles in the past is all.

    • @Pavel.k
      @Pavel.k  ปีที่แล้ว +5

      Yea this can be tough, if it’s WordPress we get logins and manually migrate it to our own WordPress hosting.
      If it’s built on anything else we give them our high converting site and scrap the old one. If they want to keep it I have a contractor that rebuilds sites into the GHL builder.

      It's not just the hosting.
      Your providing a complete website you made...a fully managed website... with maintenance and support if needed.
      It's much better this way because instead of this big one time fee that most companies charge... your offering a low monthly recurring fee. Witch in the long run you will make more money from the client than if u sold it as a one time fee. Plus u save the headache of constantly trying to find you clients.
      Recurring is Key to freedom. Concentrate on that

    • @michaelmckay8667
      @michaelmckay8667 5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I graduated in web design. My good sir, it’s not about “broken”, it’s about converting users on a website to clients. If a website fails to convert users to clients, then it’s not a great website. Simple things like button interactions, better call to actions, easy to access contact information, are all valuable features of a website that many of these “broken” websites do not have. So take the word “broken” lightly. If you see a potential client’s website has a sloppy button interaction, like the button doesn’t change when you hover over it, or there aren’t any eye-catching buttons to press that draw the user in, or text that isn’t interesting or too wordy, these are all things you can come in and say “hey, let me fix that. Here’s a better website that contains all of the valuable features that do turn users into clients”. So just think a little more deeply about it. Be more mindful behind the science of a website when you go on one. Appreciate the colour of a button that made it easy to find, or the easy to understand phone icon that tells me this is a phone number that I can call. Smalls things like that make a massive difference.
