I like this one level beautiful brick/stone home, and it's in a beautiful neighborhood. I have bad knees, don't have to deal with going up and down any stairs, all the rooms are on one level. Also, I like that all 3 bathrooms have bathtubs, when you want to soak in a warm bath and relax. This is the perfect home!!!

Thank you for another superb home tour. What I love about your tours: It's almost equivalent to walking through myself (or taking a 3D tour, such as a matterport tour). You always show the "big picture" then hone in on the details & that's perfect (plush you steadily pan the entire room from all angles). It allows me a personal experience without having to view a floor plan (to really "see" a home, I usually have to view floor plans, then watch videos/pics bc otherwise I don't know where I am & how things are connected). I understand all ppl aren't like me, but a lot are. Your professionalism is remarkable. I'm so glad I found your channel!

Bathrooms need windows that open, even a small one over the shower. Laundry rooms must have a window for me also. Otherwise, ai can’t consider it.
Laundry room must have windows. I owned house in many state, it is either downstairs or upstairs but none has windows. You have built yourself.
