I can't believe the asking price. Only $700K. I thought it will be higher than that. I like fact that the neighbors are not close. I love the 1.5 acres lot and the house as well. It has a lot of potential for a pool gardens, summer kitchen etc. 😉 I would update a few things and I would paint the interior with a different color. The house is already gorgeous. My thoughts exactly! I love the huge yard, big enough for a soccer field. I coach a soccer team, and with this house, I can have them come here for the practice, BBQ, and swim in the pool. 😎❤

Texas real estate is actually amazing when it comes to size, quantity and quality versus price. Very inexpensive for the current growth patterns in Texas.

I don't like the fact that you enter the house from the garage directly into the dining room. I prefer when the garage door enters into a laundry room or mud room with a drop zone.

I like the style of this house it's beautiful but it's to compartmentalized, for the size of this house it should be a little bit more open space especially in the kitchen that Galley kitchen is just not it!!!!!

This house 🏠 is absolutely gorgeous. Finally a kitchen that is just the way I like it. Warm and inviting. I don't care for all white kitchens, but that seems to be the norm these days. Love the Master Bedrooms and bath. By the way the music is so calming. Great video!

I hate that every house has the kitchen open to the lounge area. Whatever happened to the hide my kitchen concept? I don't like people looking inside .y kitchen especially when I'm cooking or don't feel like washing dishes!

You only need 10% down which would be 80k. My first home was 60k I sold it for 130k 15 years later and used that money to put down on a 650k home.

The housing market in Dallas is at all time high, even during this pandemic. Some subdivisions look like they're stacking houses on top of each other, hence the term "garden home" or "zero lot". It's hard to find houses with 2+ acre lot in Dallas anymore.

I don’t know about the tornado🤷🏽♀️ what part of Texas that doesn’t have tornado? That’s where I’m more interested in if it’s any.
Hi Jenny. The last F5 tornado that came by was in the 1950s. Most recently was in 2014 when a strong tornado ripped a lot of houses apart. The roof of my house was almost completely ripped off. It could get pretty scary in this part of Texas.

Southern Texas, like Austin or San Antonio are better. Fort Worth gets less than Dallas. Wouldn't recommend north of DFW or panhandle if tornadoes freak you out. Honestly, I lived in Fort Worth and Azle and in my entire 30+ years of living there, I saw one form and travel a short distance over downtown Fort Worth which blew some glass windows out in the Bank One building and the FBI headquarters and it was like an F2. We had another close scare and had to go underground of our church and that one only destroyed a business roof. I've seen maybe a handful form but never touch ground. So, it isn't what it may seem like hype wise. I've moved and now I have to deal with earthquakes and possible tsunami's. I would take a tornadoes any day of the week. Oh. And south Texas coastal, very humid and hurricanes.
We are here in lovely Texas as well. I've been here my entire life and we mostly get hurricanes more so than tornados where we are. But I love the fact that there is some form of protection either way. Beautiful home! I love it! TFS ❤

I love the home but the kitchen is to dark for me and the railings from the stairs as well.the kitchen will look better if the counter top was white quartz with light gray vains going thru it and the covereds light gray and the stair railings light gray with the bars white

Decent home, but for the money . The master and the fireplace are underwhelming . And the house is all yellow .
I think the lighting was really bad. It's not as yellow in person as it does in the video. The paint is more like beige.

That's where they get in your pocket, property tax for as long as you own the property and it will go up as the property value goes up. So although the price of the house sounds good you'll still be paying property tax of $1250 a month even if the house is paid for. Add the cost of utilities and your operating cost will be extremely high.

That dining room looks like a dungeon. I would knock that wall down and redo the whole kitchen and use the room with all the windows as a dining room. This house needs some love, NO CARPET, and matching floors throughout...its very outdated
