Luxurious modern house. The design is stunning. I didn't like the layout of the second floor - too many long narrow corridors. But otherwise - everything is great.
Most homes built now a days, have the main suite down stairs. I think it's because several reasons. One when all the children are grown up you can save on up stairs electricity. Second is so that when you grow older you don't have to climb stairs to get to your bedroom 😁✌️💝
