I row on the Trent and it's been difficult getting a boat out owing to the current. I have never had much success in coloured water with Pike. A lot nicer yesterday and a few fishing near Trent bridge
Hi Lee, love all your videos, I have had a great start to the Pike season, at a local lake in Notts, first session 8 fish, biggest 281/2 also a 20, 15, 111/2 & a few smaller ones, all on Circle Hooks, I know you are not keen on them, but I do like them and used them exclusively for a couple of years now. It is suspected there is a 40lb fish in the lake, and having seen a "Crocodile" of a fish take off with a 3lb jack in its mouth, I do not doubt it. I have a ticket for some Fen drains as well for this year, so would love to bump into you.
Another awesome video, love the river when it's in flood. I'm on the ribble next week, been given some very good intel by a salmon angler on where a couple of big pike are currently taking up residents, looking at your set up, do you use an uptrace???
My braid line slips bait runner after drop off indicator lay down then fish takes it, so it's only couple of beefs before rising up indicator ( until it slack line free runnnig from reel) any solution guys? Thanks.
Definitely the best pike fisherman on TH-cam. Very knowledgeable and catches unbelievable pike!
The trent could be renamed the tackle graveyard at times but the pull of some beautiful large fish is what makes us all keep going back for more
Nice to see you amongst em again
Beautiful fish 🎣👍🏼👊🏼🍻
Love your channel always uploading regularly 🙌🏻thanks🎣🐊
Nice to see a session of the average working man just a few hours after work etc
Awesome videos mate keep at it 🎉
Thank you again for your time in doing these videos, I'm off next weekend to try a few places in west Norfolk for a pike.
Good luck mate
Beautiful pike!
Have you not thought about using a deeper? Been using one for a year to find edges of marginal shelfs with minimal disturbance

Great video buddy
Afternoon Lee, what is your choice of landing net, just taking up pike fishing in Kent, at a bit of a crossroads, cheers
Definitely a rubber mesh one, probably a large savage gear or advanta rubber mesh net they fold and pack away nice.
