thita =180+alpha
alpha=thita-180 .but write 180-thita

I don't think so. The equation of the admin is mathematically correct . I also think that there's no need to subtract alpha from 360.
If we consider
alpha=180- theta,
the value will come out in negative which would imply that alpha is to be measured counter clockwise.

Back Bearing: Turn your body half a turn until the white south arrow on the compass is in the red north house. Read off the BA you get. When you are tired in the forest, you should simplify things.

If you have an Analogue watch look at it. If it's 8 o'clock, what's on the other side? answer: 2 o'clock. 2 o'clock is then BA. One hour is 30 degrees. So BA is 60 degrees.
