Subhanallah. I believe everything he said. Because I went through it. When you stop sinning and doing things that make Allah happy. Trust me your depression will disappear. And I mean every sin. Don't take the light minor sins lightly because when you do and you do them they became major sin.

I think it’s very rude that the sheikh on the left is sat on his phone whilst the brother is giving such beneficial advice. A sign of ignorance, he should know better!
@@SimpleDawah doesn't matter they're not following it. Allah burdoned their soul with more than they can carry. Scriptures don't preface that with anything about following anything.
