I completed this workout tonight after grandson went home, the weather is going to be in the 80’s here so I’m going to go for a run and I can’t after I lift and do legs. I run hills so I’m thinking ahead. I used 35 for back squats because I couldn’t get the 40 on there tonight , it felt awesome. I used 60 lb barbell for deadlift and 40 for the hip thruster and 30 for the plank row-I love this one. . I went heavier on everything else. Love the balance move , I was ready for the 3rd round and there wasn’t! ❤
💪🏻💪🏻🤩🤩🥵 definitely felt those extra seconds but also glad to report extra strength 💪🏻💪🏻 🤩 loved it and loved the mix of exercises targeting both strength and not least balance this time 👍 This week we are going to focus on adding more vegetables and fruit… eat some, but should add some more 🥕🥬🥦🥗 Thank you for another smashing workout, Penny 🙏❤️
Loved that “Arnold press” whilst standing on one leg (and having the non-working arm stretched out alongside, parallel to the floor) - whew! 😅 Such a unique move, and so much fun: It was a challenge that I enjoyed!
