Pavel takes the cake won’t be another one like him , a few similar Conner Mac is just another freak but pavel did all that when know one did and if you watch those older games was allot harder injuries and hits where just harder , we really only get they now in the play offs now

Schuyler - there are so many levels to hockey greatness... There are players who are fast, and those who are shifty. There are incredible shooters and players with unbelievable situational awareness. Big tough guys with soft hands, and little fireplugs who are fearless. All make for different type of highlights. Today, in 2024, I'd recommend watching highlights of McDavid. Not only does he have many of the skills I identify above, but he executes them at 1.5 times the speed of everyone else.
The great one is Wayne Gretzky and I’m a Ducks fan. If you’re interested in hockey videos definitely check out the most inspirational goals to. Look up Paul Kariya he had 6 concussions. He was praised by Gretzky on his grit and passion. There are many greats in hockey and many more underrated players that had their careers shortened due to concussions or worse. Paul inspired me to never give up even when all seems lost, that if he can overcome what he did so could I.
Pavel started this really so imma give him goat status however thet being said Conner Mac is def the new goat , ppl forget that Pavel also was a insane great defender as well and also over a point per game it’s to hard to compare them fairly , as a Detroit die hard I will say Conner is the closest thing we got since Wayne the great I mean dude had almost 3k points no one will beat that Conner maybe but look at Ovie just trying to beat his goal record all cool and all but he a good 1k points behind that man so the true goat is Wayne the goat now is Conner , Pavel transformed the game took some year but every single move that had been done last few years Pavel did it before and I think just the fact that half the time your like wtf did he just do , sorta like Conner and his speed to hard to compare all true red wings know that if you get 80 pints with red wings on almost every other team that’s 100 plus red wings demand a two way game so getting to 100 points is insane also his plus Minus was in the plus range but now that stat is doesn’t mean as much do to the insane talent and such now feel bad for goalies
This is the best time of year for hockey fans. Round 2 of the NHL playoffs are happening right now. So far some epic games. Playoff hockey is next level intense, fast-paced, hard-hitting, amazing goaltending (for some teams better than others). The Stanley Cup is the best trophy in pro sports and the hardest to win. Best of 7 games in each of 4 rounds = 16 playoff game wins to hoist the cup.
