I like the idea of the qx bin. I will make a small one per apiary as I don’t store them centrally. I have tried keeping them under a hive lid, on the pallet. Doesn’t work for me. But I qx bin is simple cheap and works well I think. My apiaries are small compared to you under 20 colonies per site.
I am in Southeast Queensland, Australia, This question is not about this video, but The video you did with formic acid with the meat soakers- was that a success or not?
You have plenty of options compared to when we first got mites here. Formic can get nasty on the hives if it is too hot, so I'm sure that will be a factor for you. Probably an off season treatement?

You built them like a brick out house. LOL But the weight of a stack of QE adds up quick. That is farmer built.

Did you nail the sides to the pallet?
Yeah. The sides are 3/4”plywood nailed to 2x12. The plywood hangs down the side of the pallet to form the bond
