I wear my day date pretty much every day in the city pool doing my workout. I have noticed after getting out of the pool, the watch and bracelet really really shines. Same thing with my GMT with the polished links. Then of course I'm standing in the shower for ten minutes talking with other swimmers. So the chlorine is totally rinsed. 95% of my running errands is on my bicycle. I'm not worried about sweat. When I shower it is rinsed off so the soap will not destroy the gaskets. I own a 18078 Day-Date with the bark finish. No photo or video I have seen online does it justice. When it catches the light (especially sunlight) just right, the sparkle is just fantastic. You must see one in person to appreciate how great it looks!
