Franz Lizst’s “Feux Follets” really does deserve to be known as one of the hardest piano pieces in the world.
It is def in the top 10 of Liszt's hardest sub 7-minute works. But if you include stuff that goes beyond that threshold, you can find dozens of much harder solo piano works just from the same composer.

Franz Liszt was one of the most talented pianists of all time, he wasn't pressing random notes. It may sound bad because it's a MIDI file but if you listen to Evgeny Kissin play it, it sound much better. You should listen to Un Sospiro by Franz Liszt, it's less complicated and sounds absolutely beautiful.

I’m playing the “right had exercise for pros” (Chopin etude Op. 10 No. 1) and I’m just turning 13... Not to brag but point is lots of kids who start piano early and work hard can get to this point soon. My friends who study under my teacher can also play this, sometimes even better. If you think you can’t learn piano, think again. If a 13 year old can do it, you can do it too!
Btw the “right hand exercise for pros” is a lot harder than “advanced”, god the intervals make my right hand die
